Requirements
- NC Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience and/or Business Insurance (P&C) industry experience
- Ability to consistently meet annual sales goals
- High School diploma required.
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Nice To Haves
- College diploma or equivalent work experience in insurance or financial services.
Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships by providing prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service.
- Evaluate New Business referrals to determine if they are viable.
- Gather application information from clients.
- Obtain quotes from insurance markets.
- Take the proposal through binding coverage.
- Collaborate within the team.
- Maintain attention to detail.
