Requirements

  • Applicants must possess a current, valid driver’s license, an automobile for work purposes, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Community-based staff will be reimbursed for applicable mileage.
  • It is Youth Villages’ policy to hire candidates that meet one of the following levels of education and experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Applicant Qualifications:
  • Must possess degree at time of application.
  • Degree must be in a clinical field of study.
  • Must have two years of full-time clinical experience (4,000 hours) with designated population.
  • Master’s Degree Applicant Qualifications:
  • Must possess degree at time of application.
  • Degree must be in a clinical field of study.
  • Must have one year of full-time clinical experience (2,000 hours) with designated population.
  • Clinical Licensed Applicant Qualifications:
  • Must hold one of the following licenses in the state of North Carolina: LCMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCSW-A, or LCAS-A.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises Placement Services staff for the Eastern, NC region.
  • Must reside in the Fayetteville, NC or Wilmington, NC areas.
  • Admits and discharges youth from Evolv as well as adds and removes from placement grid and movement emails
  • Leads weekly meetings with Placement Specialists for review of all aspects of case management and documentation
  • Attends weekly census meetings to provide updates on placement grid and movement emails
  • Travels to multiple offices to provide training and development for Placement Specialists
  • Filters all referrals and assigns to Placement Specialists
  • Opens medication management enrollments in Evolve and updates placement grid and tracker
  • Updates key players on referrals and reports information to relevant contacts
  • Completes monthly reports on not submitted/not approved notes, CCA reconciliation, funding gaps, billing loss, and milestone notes
  • Completes weekly reporting on benefit assignment check, notes over 7 days, and census audit
  • Performs other duties as assigned
