We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, self-starter to join our Client Solutions team. Requirements

  • Familiarity with insurance quoting tools for life, disability, long term care and annuity product lines.
  • Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • AMS experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of both products and concepts within the life and disability insurance industry.
  • Wholesale experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of related industry experience
  • Life & Health insurance license required

Responsibilities

  • Produce life and disability product illustration and proposals.
  • Assist in creating market leading illustration quote templates.
  • Assist in the maintenance of carrier product studies.
  • Work on intake and evaluation of new sales opportunities.
  • Support our external and internal sales teams in their sales efforts by sharing product expertise and collaboration on calls and in emails.
  • Assist our internal and external sales team with pre-sales preparation of presentations and broker call preparation.
  • Manage and build relationships between our internal/external sales teams and our producers to support intake of new sales opportunities.
  • Follow service protocols to include but not limited to quote turnaround times and responding to Sales Managers.
  • Manage pipeline data entry and quote follow-ups.
