About The Position

Join a high-impact team as a Senior PL/SQL Developer supporting regulatory compliance systems for a major new project. This onsite position in Cleveland, Ohio, offers the chance to work alongside expert Oracle developers in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. You will drive backend development efforts, directly influence mission-critical applications, and enhance your skills with advanced Oracle technologies.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on software development experience with a focus on Oracle PL/SQL
Proven expertise in Oracle database development within Unix/Linux environments
Familiarity with modern SQL features and best practices
Experience developing and optimizing backend code for enterprise applications
Ability to work onsite in Cleveland, OH, five days a week

Nice To Haves

Experience with API interface creation or support
Exposure to JSON-based integrations
Familiarity with JIRA and Git for workflow and version control
Knowledge of advanced Oracle packages or high-volume data processing

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL code for core regulatory compliance applications
Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable backend solutions
Work directly within Oracle databases and Unix environments to support development activities
Build and maintain API interfaces and manage JSON-based integrations
Leverage Oracle tools such as DBMS Scheduler, jobs, and Advanced Queuing to support backend operations
Participate in requirements gathering and contribute to technical design discussions
Design and optimize algorithms to support compliance and critical business processes
Support data movement and integration activities across specialized platforms
