About The Position
CACI is seeking a cleared PKI Support Agent at our location in Charleston, SC. You will support the PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) NIPR (Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router) team with communications, documentation, user approvals, and customer service. Requirements
- An active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform duties of a Local Registration Authority (LRA) – Person who collects and authenticates subscribers’ identity information for software certificates and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) hardware token, which is subsequently entered into public key certificates.
- Help produce the Daily Reports.
- Weekly SIPR PKI conference/data calls.
- Provide client support (NAVY - SPAWAR/NIWC) regarding their day-to-day operational tasks.
- Develop SOPs and knowledgebase articles - as needed - to ensure continuous improvement.
- Assist in completion of account inventory actions.
