Link Solutions is seeking a PKI Service Desk Technician to join our team in Sierra Vista, AZ. This role provides technical and system support for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The technician will collaborate with various technical teams, mission partners, and senior leaders to ensure secure workforce access, manage enterprise PKI operations, handle IT assets, and support the deployment and sustainment of critical network and cybersecurity services. The position involves providing Common Access Card (CAC), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Registration Authority/Local Registration Authority (RA/LRA) support for the issuance, renewal, revocation, suspension, recovery, and management of NIPRNet Alternate Smart Card Logon (ASCL), SIPRNet, and Deployed Forces network tokens. The goal is to support PKI credentialing operations to guarantee authorized users have secure access to Army networks, systems, applications, and mission-critical resources.
