About The Position

ShorePoint is seeking a PKI Project Manager to oversee a team focused on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations and project delivery. This role is responsible for coordinating resources, tracking tasks and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. The PKI Project Manager position maintains client relationships, facilitates stakeholder communication and supports alignment across the project lifecycle. Requirements

Familiarity with PKI, ICAM or cybersecurity concepts to understand team focus and challenges.
Experience in strategic planning, process automation and identifying opportunities to streamline operations, including environments preparing for automation and artificial intelligence integration.
Ability to apply strategic thinking and engage with emerging technologies to support the direction of team projects.
5+ years of relevant work experience.
Associate’s degree substitutes for 2 years; bachelor’s degree substitutes for 3 years.
Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks and processes through critical thinking.
Must be a U.S. citizen in compliance with federal contract requirements.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

Manage and track team tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate resources and schedules across multiple projects.
Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact.
Present project updates, proposals and results to clients and stakeholders.
Leverage strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration within the team.
Envision and help implement automation and AI-driven solutions to optimize team operations.
Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Support PKI operations and collaborate on projects related to PKI, ICAM (Identity, Credential and Access Management) and cybersecurity.
Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
