About The Position

Regina Caeli Academy (www.rcahybrid.org) is seeking a Catholic part-time PK 4 teacher to teach in a classical and Catholic Preschool classroom for 13 hours per week in their Austin, TX Center. No teaching certification or formal teaching experience is required, as all necessary training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for the Catholic faith, be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church, and live the faith daily, including having received appropriate sacraments. The position involves teaching in a highly structured environment, with curriculum and grading guidelines provided. Tutors will receive training in instruction and classroom management according to RCA standards. Standard computer skills, ideally with Google Suite or equivalent, are a plus. Childcare/nursery is provided during working hours. All staff must complete a background check and RCA Safe Child training prior to teaching.

Requirements

Must be Catholic.
Must be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church.
Must have a deep love for the Catholic faith.
Must be living the Catholic faith day-to-day, including having received all the sacraments appropriate to his or her state in life.
Standard computer skills (ideally with Google Suite or equivalent).
Must be available to attend mandatory training on August 4, 5, and 6, 2026.
Must have a clear background check.
