About The Position

Gladding McBean in Lincoln, CA is a manufacturer of vitrified clay pipe for sewers, clay roof tile, piazza clay floor tile, glazed terra cotta pottery, architectural terra cotta, sacked mortar clay, chimney tops and caps. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Basic reading and writing skills
Basic math skills
Must be able to communicate efficiently with peers, and superiors.
Must be able to make reasonable decisions.
Predictable and Regular attendance is required.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Kiln Supervisor, this position supports the operation and maintenance of the tunnel and/or periodic kilns and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
