About The Position

Responsibilities Learn and become knowledgeable about the Sal’s Pizza menu to confidently answer customer questions and provide recommendations. Perform all assigned duties including, but not limited to: food preparation, dough stretching, preparing toppings, making pizzas, taking and fulfilling customer orders, folding pizza boxes, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Safely handle food and accommodate guests with specific food allergies. Maintain and follow all food safety and sanitation standards at both Sal’s Pizza store locations and mobile food trucks. Adhere to company standards for personal conduct, including uniform guidelines, grooming, punctuality, and required PPE compliance.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and organization skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
