Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence with every order
Operate and maintain pizza ovens and related kitchen equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Receive orders from the point-of-sale system and prioritize tasks to meet customer delivery and pickup times
Assemble pizza ingredients with precision, paying close attention to portion sizes, toppings, and presentation
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Collaborate with team members across all stations to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely order fulfillment
Communicate effectively with the team regarding order status, special requests, and any operational challenges
Respond positively to feedback and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and product quality
Support other team members when needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to assist wherever required
