About The Position

Fifth Avenue Restaurant Group is seeking a Pizza Maker to join their team at Bonanno's Pizza Maker @ Flamingo. As a member of the team, you will have the unique ability to make guests feel extra special and make their day. The company strives to provide the best quality products and superior service to make the experience stand out. It is expected that you will place both exterior (customers) and interior (team members) guests as your highest priority. There is a 180-day introductory period for all new hires, during which performance will be evaluated. Excellent attendance and schedule flexibility determined by business needs are required.

Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, touch, climb, lift, and read (see) for extended periods of time (8 hours+).
Must be able to regularly and safely lift and move boxes, supplies, and materials weighing 25 lbs. or more
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes limited movement environment.
Must be able to maintain sanitation, food safety, and other food service environment requirements.

Responsibilities

Be in proper dress (wear nametag, etc.) and a professional appearance at all times.
Be on time all the time. Your attendance is essential.
Follow all CALL IN procedures if you will be absent.
Proficient in dough mixing, hand-stretching dough and fast enough to keep up with product demand.
Produces product for restaurant including but not limited to pizzas, garlic knots, and stromboli.
Ensures proper food quality, appearance, and ensures that the work area is kept clean.
Follows and has in-depth knowledge of proper food handling procedures and regulations.
Keeps a positive professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and guests at all times.
Notify Supervisor regarding levels of food supplies, inventory and other materials as needed.
Acts in accordance with company policies, restaurant specifications and food/beverage regulations.
Reports to Restaurant Supervisor.
