Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make the correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Standing for most tasks.
Walking for short distances for short durations.
Lifting bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) using a hand truck.
Carrying large cans (3 pounds, 7 ounces) and occasionally pizza sauce (30 pounds).
Carrying trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds per tray).
Pushing to move trays on dollies (requires up to 7.5 pounds of force).
Pulling trays.
Infrequently navigating stairs or climbing a ladder.
Stooping/bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching continuously (up, down, and forward) for various tasks.
Eye-hand coordination is essential.
Use of hands is continuous during the day, requiring one or both hands.
Frequent and/or forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping pizza dough.
Manipulating a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and using the rolling cutter.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
Ability to grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Domino's Pizza specifications for products like pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides.
Familiarity with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation.
Experience with carside delivery in various weather conditions.
Proficiency in daily cleaning and sanitation procedures.
Ability to work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
Ability to work in in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to 90 degrees and above.
Ability to work with fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
Ability to work in cramped quarters, including a walk-in cooler.
Ability to work with hot surfaces/tools (up to 500 degrees or higher).
Ability to work with sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Prepare all product to Domino’s Pizza spec, including pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area, including lifting and rotating stock using FIFO.
Move soda from storage area to coolers.
Date all product.
Interact with customers by taking and receiving phone calls, and taking customer orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows.
Provide carside delivery in all weather conditions.
Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks, including sweeping and mopping, cleaning coolers (interior and exterior), taking out trash, and washing dishes.
