Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make the correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Standing for most tasks.
  • Walking for short distances for short durations.
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds for bulk product deliveries.
  • Carrying large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz) and occasionally pizza sauce (30 lbs).
  • Pushing/pulling trays on dollies.
  • Infrequently navigating stairs or climbing a ladder.
  • Stooping/bending at the waist.
  • Crouching/squatting occasionally.
  • Reaching continuously (up, down, and forward).
  • Eye-hand coordination is essential.
  • Use of hands is continuous during the day.
  • Frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
  • Ability to grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
  • Utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all product to Domino’s Pizza spec including pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Lift and rotate stock using FIFO.
  • Move soda from storage area to coolers.
  • Date all product.
  • Take and receive phone calls.
  • Take customer orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows.
  • Provide carside delivery in all weather conditions.
  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitation, including sweeping and mopping, cleaning coolers, taking out trash, and washing dishes.
