About The Position

Toppers Pizza is looking for Managers-In-Training (MITS) to join their team. This is a growing company seeking dedicated team players who want to make a difference in an environment where their hard work is valued and have fun while doing it. The role involves assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction. A critical part of the role is to develop, direct, and supervise the team to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation. The goal is to develop individuals to become General Managers of a Topper Pizza store.
