About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an in-store team member to prepare pizzas and provide customer service. Team members may make, bake, or take pizzas during busy periods and may work part-time or full-time. The role offers on-the-job orientation and training, meal discounts, and opportunities to advance from customer service to management or other roles within Domino’s. Starting pay is $9 per hour, paid bi-weekly by direct deposit.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Hand-eye coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to perform tasks under stress, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery areas in storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Perform repetitive tasks and work independently or with others while meeting quality standards.
