About The Position

This is an entry-level, customer-facing role in a Domino’s Pizza franchise. Pizza Makers/Customer Service Representatives work in the kitchen and help provide customer service, with training provided in the techniques for making pizza according to Domino’s guidelines. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Take counter orders and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain a clean, organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
