This role involves a variety of tasks including answering phones, product preparation, customer service, store cleaning and sanitation, and packing orders for customers and drivers. The job requires individuals to be at least sixteen years of age and able to pass company background checks. Essential skills include excellent written and verbal communication for customer and management interactions, the ability to take and process orders, multi-tasking, functioning in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities, using a computer or touch screen for order entry, taking orders over the counter or phone, working independently and as part of a team, and accurately performing basic mathematical calculations including making correct monetary change.
