About The Position
Palermo's Pizzeria is seeking an experienced Part-time Line & Prep Cook for the afternoon, evening and weekend shifts. This position could potentially become full-time after a training period. The role involves preparation of ingredients, working the sautee and fryer stations, and cooking pizzas. Additional duties include washing dishes, light inventory management, and maintaining sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Some experience cooking
- Ability to maintain a sanitary and organized kitchen
- Able to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends (1:30pm - 9:30pm)
