About The Position
BRY-PIE, Inc., doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a full-time Pizza Delivery Driver for its locally owned stores in the greater Findlay, Ohio area. Drivers deliver orders to customers and may also assist customers in the store and help prepare products. The company provides training for these duties. Drivers use an industry-leading app to manage deliveries and can use a map on their phone. Tips and mileage are paid nightly. The position is scheduled four to five days per week, with shifts starting between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and ending at closing, around 1 a.m. The stated combined wage, mileage, and tips is $18 per hour on average over a pay period; this amount is not guaranteed for every hour worked. The company describes flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance into management or franchise ownership.
Requirements
- Ability to smile and have fun.
- Pass a clean background check.
- Be over 18 with two years of safe driving history, or over 19 with one year of safe driving history.
- Have a working, reliable car or truck.
- Have valid vehicle insurance.
- Be eligible to work in the USA.
- Currently reside near the store location.
