About The Position

Knox Pizza Co, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a Pizza Delivery Driver for its team. Drivers deliver products to customers by car and to their doors, and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes assisting customers in the store and learning to make Domino’s products. The company provides training and uses a delivery app with mapping tools to help drivers manage deliveries. Tips and mileage are paid nightly. The position is mostly nights, three to four nights per week, with flexible scheduling. The posting estimates combined wages and tips at $18–$20 per hour on average over a pay period; actual earnings may vary by hour. The work involves driving within a designated delivery area and may include several deliveries per shift. Drivers must navigate varied locations and terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, and carry products while walking and climbing stairs. When not delivering, the role may involve tasks at the pizza assembly station, front counter, or while stocking ingredients and cleaning.

Requirements

Be over 18 years old and have at least one year of safe driving history.
Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Have access to a working, reliable, insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Pass a clean background check.
Be eligible to work in the USA.
Currently reside near the store location.
Have navigation skills to read a map and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
Have far vision and night vision for driving.
Be able to perform the physical tasks described, including carrying products, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, and repeated hand tasks.
