About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring qualified drivers to deliver orders from stores in the local area. The role offers a flexible schedule and may suit someone seeking a main job, a supplemental job, or work alongside school or other activities. Drivers may have opportunities to grow within the company, including into management. The advertised earning potential is up to $25 per hour with tips.

In addition to delivery work, team members perform general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing related paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role requires communication, arithmetic, coordination, and order-entry skills.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and locate addresses using navigational skills.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Make correct monetary change.
