About The Position

At Marco’s Pizza, our Delivery Drivers are key to our success! As a Pizza Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering our delicious products to customers quickly, safely, and with a smile. If you’re friendly, reliable, and passionate about great food and excellent customer service, we want you on our team. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proof of liability insurance is necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years of documented driving history (via driver’s MVR or driver’s license).
• Must have a reliable delivery vehicle in good working condition.
• Must have a working smartphone to utilize Marco’s delivery app during shifts.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to meet Marco’s Pizza Delivery Driver Standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely, courteously, and promptly deliver our high-quality pizzas and menu items to customers.
• Perform dish washing, cleaning, and box folding as needed to keep the workspace tidy and organized.
• Learn and assist with in-store duties, such as pizza making, dough preparation, order taking, and more!
• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive experience every time.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation following health and safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate safe food handling practices for storage, preparation, and delivery.
• Complete shift responsibilities, including deployment, delivery preparation, and post-shift cleanup.
