About The Position

As a Pizzaiolo (pizza maker), your role is all about crafting the perfect pizza - from kneading the dough to selecting the freshest ingredients and creating mouthwatering combinations that leave a lasting impression. You'll be a culinary maestro, handcrafting each pizza with love and precision, ensuring every bite is a taste of perfection.

Requirements

Must be fluent in English or French and 18 years or older
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Must be able to adapt to different environments and speeds
Presents a clean-cut, neat and professional image
Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Has an excellent understanding of time management
A positive and collaborative team player attitude
Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, overnight hours and holidays

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain a clean working area and cooking surfaces to make pizzas
Understand POS generated orders
Evaluate all food requirements and maintain the standard level and quantity for the same at all times
Respect health and safety procedures
Keeps the pizza counter stocked and garnished, restocking regularly
Close and clean the station according to restaurant standards
Communicate effectively with colleagues and the chef
