About The Position
The Pizza Cooks prepare high-quality pies & dishes to Karbach standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area. This role supports daily kitchen operations and ensures every plate leaving the line represents our commitment to quality and consistency.
Requirements
- Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
- Current Texas Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain one).
- Current TABC Permit (or ability to obtain one).
- Able to work in an open kitchen & interact directly with customers
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with Sunday availability required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and portion standards.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization in all prep and service areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen teammates to ensure smooth service.
- Follow proper food storage and labeling procedures.
- Assist with kitchen setup, breakdown, and other duties as assigned.
