Requirements
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Pizza-making experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and assemble pizzas to brand and recipe standards.
- Perform line cook duties, including food prep, station setup, and cooking menu items.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
- Ensure proper use and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
- Assist with maintaining inventory, storage, and product rotation.
- Work efficiently during high-volume service in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
