Requirements
- Previous experience as a pizza cook, line cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Familiarity with pizza dough preparation, stretching, and topping techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas and menu items according to Christopher's Pizza recipes and quality standards
- Stretch, top, and bake pizzas using proper dough handling techniques
- Operate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring proper temperatures and cooking times
- Monitor food inventory and assist with stocking and rotating ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace
- Follow all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure guest safety
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment during peak hours
