About The Position

The Pizza Chef will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our members and guests by preparing pizzas. This position involves preparing pizza menu items and using pizza ovens and equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining food quality and safety standards and ensuring timely and efficient service.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation, with a focus on high-volume service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff and management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Comprehensive understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, with a valid food handler’s certification.
Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and efficiently during busy service
1-3 years of pizza-centric kitchen experience

Nice To Haves

Culinary degree preferred
Prior private club experience a plus
