About The Position
This is a PM position, anticipating 2:00pm - 10:00 pm. The schedule will include weekends and most holidays. Full-time hours are available. The position will require standing and lifting up to 50 lbs. The position will be in the Kitchen in, at times, a warm environment.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of ingredients (chopping/slicing; sauce prep.)
- Timely assembly
- Following recipes
- Cleaning and maintaining the pizza ovens and prep area daily
- Monitoring ingredient freshness; communicating inventory needs to the Chef
