About The Position
Mimmo's in Essex Pizzeria & Restaurant is seeking to hire a Pizza Chef. This role requires the candidate to live locally to apply. The Pizza Chef will assist with the preparation and planning of orders, ensure pizza activities operate in a timely manner, monitor and record inventory, and order new supplies as needed. The position also involves supporting junior kitchen employees with tasks such as line cooking and food preparation, and implementing sanitation and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and planning of orders.
