About The Position
Mimmo's in Essex Pizzeria & Restaurant is seeking to hire a Pizza Chef. This role requires the individual to live locally to be considered. The Pizza Chef will be responsible for assisting with order preparation and planning, ensuring timely pizza production, managing inventory, and supporting junior kitchen staff. Additionally, the role involves implementing and adhering to sanitation and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and planning of orders.
- Ensure that pizza activities operate in a timely manner.
- Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.
- Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks, including line cooking, food preparation.
- Implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations.
