About The Position

A FireLake Pizzeria artist is responsible for preparing Pizzas in a “Subway Artist” type atmosphere, they will prepare pizzas per customer specifications daily and will be providing the financial transactions. via cash register, to customers. He/she is Responsible for providing friendly and courteous customer service. Compute daily receipts and balances and verify that cash on hand, credit, and debits, and credit card slips are reconciled at the end of each shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma/G.E.D.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of customer service.
• Ensure sales counter product is of the highest quality and freshness.
• Implement and maintain customer service standards.
• Maintain all merchandising standards; display presentation, signing standards, and monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned by the store manager or store director.
• Perform other duties and projects as required by management
