About The Position

Chenega Naswik International, LLC is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented PIV Issuance Clerk to support credentialing and visitor center operations at assigned locations. This position is responsible for processing applicants, issuing Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentials, capturing biometric information, and providing exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with established policies and security requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and professionalism are essential. This role offers the opportunity to support critical personnel identification and access management programs while contributing to the security and operational effectiveness of government facilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clerical, administrative, credentialing, customer service, or records management experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
• Ability to successfully pass required background screening requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while processing high-volume transactions.
• Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of administrative support, records management, and credentialing processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to operate badge issuance, imaging, fingerprinting, and related office equipment.
• Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and security requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting civilian or military law enforcement organizations, government agencies, security operations, or related environments preferred.
• Experience supporting PIV, CAC, badging, credentialing, or identity management programs.
• Experience working in a visitor control center, security office, or government administrative environment.
• Experience capturing biometric information, fingerprints, or credential photographs.
• Experience supporting federal government contracts or security-related operations.
• Familiarity with identity verification and access control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process applicants and registrants in accordance with established appointment schedules and standard operating procedures.
• Provide fingerprint collection services utilizing government-furnished biometric equipment.
• Capture identification photographs for credentialing purposes using government-furnished systems and equipment.
• Perform badge coding and access authorization updates as directed by government representatives and supervisory personnel.
• Issue Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentials in accordance with established policies, procedures, and security requirements.
• Verify applications, documentation, and records for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to credentialing activities.
• Provide professional customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and government personnel.
• Support visitor center operations and administrative activities as required.
• Protect sensitive personal information and maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable regulations.
• May be required to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or other non-standard schedules based on operational requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
