Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and following established procedures.
• Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify operational or maintenance concerns.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Dependable work ethic with the ability to adapt to changing production needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently to move raw materials.
• Load haul trucks, hoppers, and stockpiles while maintaining quality and production targets.
• Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain safe work practices and support site safety initiatives at all times.
• Assist with general plant and pit operations to ensure efficient material flow and productivity.
