About The Position

Monitors table games to ensure accordance with company standards, while ensuring customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must qualify for a Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Key license.
• Must have 20/20 corrected vision and not be color blind.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Must be proficient at mathematics.
• Must be physically able to withstand continued standing for periods of 8 hours or more.

Nice To Haves

• Six months experience dealing table games preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies table/poker bank and also verifies playing cards before shift, and after shift, guaranteeing accountability.
• Supervises dealers and games in assigned pit area to ensure they are conducted in accordance with company policies, including sale of chips and take and pay functions.
• Performs credit/fill procedures when needed at the end of shift.
• Assists in maintaining necessary records and paperwork pertaining to the activities of the operation such as: checking table status hourly and completing customer tracking forms for Players Club.
• Handles any problems that arise with customers.
• Performs any other duties assigned by the Shift Manager and/or Gaming Manager.
• Complies with all BSA/AML regulations, reporting, and training requirements – Specifically those in the Grand River Casino Written System of Internal Controls (and appendices) for BSA/AML Compliance.
