About The Position

USA DeBusk Pipeline Integrity offers turnkey solutions to enable natural gas and hydrocarbon liquid pipelines to operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. Our services are planned, managed, and performed by experienced teams using advanced technologies, and purpose-built specialty systems. We are a trusted resource for pigging support, chemical cleaning and treating, mechanical cleaning, fluid filtration and separation, temporary flaring, emission controls, nitrogen, and other services to help operators meet compliance standards, reduce downtime, and extend the service life of their assets. We are looking to hire Pipeline Technicians to join our team. The Pipeline Technician is responsible for safe on-site pigging operations, maintenance, and equipment installation. Ensuring equipment performs within acceptable parameters. They will be under the supervision of the Operations Manager and Field Supervisors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must pass a pre-employment background screen
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must pass a pre-employment DOT physical
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Must be willing to travel in and out of state as needed.
  • Good work ethics.
  • Ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean and safe working environment
  • Always operate and maintain company vehicle/s and equipment to ensure their personal safety along with the equipment they will operate
  • Make all repairs deemed reasonable and safe
  • Control and minimize repair expenses through a strong preventative maintenance program
  • Comply with HS&E Policies and Safety Program
  • Always act in a professional manner while representing Farr Front Pipeline
  • Assist in equipment maintenance, pre-job and post job
  • Assist with loading and unloading equipment, on job sites and in shop
  • Complete all paperwork as required
  • Assists in rigging up temporary equipment on job sites and in shops, (i.e., temporary piping, pig traps, separators, flares, etc.)
  • Assist in pipeline pigging operations, (i.e., pig launching and receiving, liquid separation, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and/or Field Supervisor(s)
