Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is seeking a Pipeline Technician to maintain and operate natural gas and liquid transmission pipelines and associated equipment. This role involves performing mechanical functions such as inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing equipment like compressors, pumps, valves, and electronic controls to ensure safe and productive equipment performance. The technician will also maintain and operate custody transfer measurement facilities, conduct product quality tests, and participate in required training and safety meetings to comply with regulations. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance on various mechanical equipment, assisting with equipment replacements, and ensuring facility appearance and safety through good housekeeping. The role also involves preventative maintenance on electronic and pneumatic equipment, providing training and technical support, utilizing precision tools, responding to operational emergencies, performing regulatory inspections, monitoring receipt and delivery activities, locating pipelines, overseeing excavations, launching and receiving pigs, installing pipeline markers, maintaining corrosion control equipment, and attending damage prevention meetings. The technician will also interface with landowners.
