About The Position

Cliff Berry, Inc. is seeking a Pipeline Services Coordinator to support and manage operational projects for our Pipeline Services division. This role is responsible for coordinating project execution for CBI’s pipeline service clients, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The Pipeline Services Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring clear communication throughout the full project lifecycle. This position may be based in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, reliable, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic operational setting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project coordination within pipeline services, environmental services, industrial services, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of pipeline, industrial, environmental, or petrochemical field operations, including project scheduling, equipment coordination, and workforce planning.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Practical working knowledge of project coordination and field operations.
  • Working knowledge of petrochemical, industrial, or pipeline-related operations.
  • Familiarity with applicable regulatory standards, including but not limited to OSHA (29 CFR 1910), DOT (49 CFR 172), and applicable Coast Guard regulations (33 CFR 154–155).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science degree preferred, but not required, in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Management, Construction Management, Occupational Safety, Business Management, or another related field.

Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the Pipeline Services Director, coordinate and oversee Pipeline Services projects by maintaining effective communication with customers, managing project documentation, and scheduling personnel, equipment, and subcontracted resources to support successful project execution.
  • Maintain clear visibility of daily and weekly project schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels, efficient resource allocation, and smooth operational workflow.
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute complete project documentation packages for customers, including invoices, manifests, waste profiles, supporting documentation, and waste handling records, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Pipeline Services operations, including field activities, project requirements, and onsite work performed at construction and industrial sites.
  • Perform sampling and classification of various waste streams generated onsite to ensure proper handling, transportation, and disposal in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate contract labor resources and maintain productive working relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and contingent labor providers to support operational needs and project completion.
  • Collaborate closely with all CBI locations to schedule, support, and execute Pipeline Services projects, including oversight of daily operational activities and project progress.
  • Assist in ensuring all work activities are performed in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, customer specifications, safety requirements, and company policies and standards.
  • Manage all Pipeline Services ERP-related activities, including the creation and processing of purchase orders, work orders, invoicing, billing, and other administrative functions, ensuring accuracy and completion within established timelines.
  • Support departmental accountability, operational reporting, and data accuracy requirements within the CBI ERP system.
  • Promote and support a culture of safety, regulatory compliance, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence throughout all Pipeline Services activities.
