This position is responsible for operational coordination, communications, issue escalation, and on-site support related to pipeline and portfolio project types such as new stores, relocations, and reflows. The role significantly contributes to the definition, development, and execution of processes and resources for these projects. It involves providing advice, guidance, and support for various category-specific operational practices and programs. The associate will monitor project execution, identify patterns and trends, and collaborate with Area Leaders and Store Support stakeholders to ensure local considerations are incorporated into project plans. A key aspect of the role is ensuring that Store and Area Leadership, along with other cross-functional partners, understand, implement, and adhere to policies and procedures. The position also facilitates communication between Area Operations, Store Support, and Amazon.
