The Foreman will also manage material releases, maintain organized document storage, and track job scheduling and completion records. Additionally, they will schedule quality and safety inspections, coordinate third-party vendor rentals and repairs, and oversee the inspection and certification of tools and equipment. The position requires coordinating ancillary services, estimating resource needs, assigning crews, and monitoring inventories. A proactive approach to issue resolution, employee discipline, coaching, and holding crews accountable for efficiency and production are key aspects of this role.
