Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of Commercial experience.
- Able to stand, lift, put together, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Tools of your trade.
- Always committed to safety.
- Excellent attendance.
Responsibilities
- Lay out and fit pipe, offsets, bends and radiuses.
- Assemble and install hangers, pipe, and fittings using couplings, clamps, flanges, bolts, pro press, soldering, brazing and tack welding.
- Use cutting torch to cut and bevel steel pipe.
- Understand installation of piping systems according to the contract drawings, shop drawings, and details.
- Keeps work area clean and in an orderly condition.
- Follows all company and jobsite/OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform material takeoffs.
- Pipe testing and flushing per project requirements.
