About The Position

Essel is seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems in various settings, including industrial, commercial, and residential environments. This role requires a thorough understanding of piping materials, fabrication techniques, and blueprints.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a Pipefitting apprenticeship program or equivalent work experience.
Valid Pipefitter license preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Pipefitter.
Strong understanding of piping systems, materials, and fabrication techniques.
Proficient with related tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Valid Pipefitter license preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and layout of piping systems.
Fabricate and assemble piping and plumbing systems, including valves, fittings, and fixtures.
Inspect piping systems for leaks and other issues, troubleshooting as necessary.
Collaborate with other trades and contractors on job sites to ensure safe and efficient project completion.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their piping needs and project status.
