About The Position

U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service, is seeking a Pipefitter for its Kokomo, IN location. The Pipefitter will be responsible to perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring skill and knowledge in trades such as plumbing. Candidate must have HVAC industrial knowledge on Air Handlers, VAV Boxes, Restroom Urinals, Sinks, and Restroom Plumbing Replacement Experience.

Requirements

• Plumbing & pipe fitting
• Diagnostic, analysis and maintenance skills
• Humidification and de-humidification systems
• VAV building comfort systems, including VAV hot water boxes
• Pneumatic controls, actuators
• Basic Computer skills
• High school/GED graduate
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Certified Journeyman preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring skill and knowledge in trades such as plumbing.
