About The Position

Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. is hiring a commercial construction pipefitter. The role involves installing and working with piping systems and materials, laying out piping and establishing elevations, and supporting apprentices while following supervisor directions and company safety guidelines. The qualified candidate will have three to five years of commercial piping experience and be able to understand 3D plans and drawings. The position may require overtime and weekend work as needed, and candidates must be able to pass regular drug testing and be open to background checks.

Requirements

Ability to read blueprints and a basic understanding of piping systems.
Ability to manage time and production effectively and follow directions from supervisors.
Ability to install and work with the different piping and materials used in the trade.
Skilled use of hands and tools used in the piping trade.
Three to five years of commercial piping experience.
Ability to understand 3D plans and drawings.
Ability to climb and balance on ladders, stand or sit for long periods, and work without fear of heights.
Must be able to pass regular drug testing and be open to background checks.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

Florida State Journeyman license preferred, but not required.
