In addition, candidates relocating from more than 50 miles from Louisville, CO facility are eligible for a $5,000 relocation bonus to help cover moving expenses. Employees must remain employed for 12 months to retain the relocation bonus. Requirements

A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required.
1-2 year of pipefitting or plumbing experience is preferred
Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.
Must work well with others in a team-oriented environment
Must meet deadlines while working safely and producing a quality product.
Ability to work flexible hours including overtime.
Must adhere to the Company’s attendance policy.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools safely and in accordance with company standards.
Assist with organizing materials, equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Support assembly of piping systems, including flanged spools, valves, tubing, stands, and fittings.
Follow all training, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Uphold strict safety standards, including successful completion of all required training.
Demonstrate leadership and professionalism while serving as a liaison to customers when needed.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to support project success.
Manage time efficiently, adapt to changing priorities.
Additional duties as assigned.
