About The Position

PIPE FITTER HELPER (NON-EXEMPT) Cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specifcations using tools. Responsible for communication towards the education of the younger or less experienced workers (?) Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fttings and related equipment according to specifcations. Weld, braze, cement, solder, and thread joints. Attach pipes to walls, structures, and fxtures, such as radiators or tanks, using brackets, clamps, tools, or welding

Requirements

• Ability to cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specifications using tools.
• Ability to assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings and related equipment according to specifications.
• Ability to weld, braze, cement, solder, and thread joints.
• Ability to attach pipes to walls, structures, and fixtures, such as radiators or tanks, using brackets, clamps, tools, or welding.
