About The Position

As a Welder, you will play a key role in the fabrication and assembly of metal structures and piping systems used in our products and projects. This role requires strong technical welding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Experience welding with GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW pipe welding
- Ability to pass Carbon and Stainless Steel Gas Tungsten Arc pipe weld tests in the 6G position
- Experience using standard fabrication shop tools and equipment
- Blueprint and engineering drawing reading experience
- Pipe and/or structural fitting experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Current Washington State driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Weld pipe and structural components at a journeyman level
- Perform GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW welding processes
- Complete Carbon and Stainless Steel GTAW pipe welds in the 6G position
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and mechanical drawings
- Perform pipe and/or structural fitting with minimal supervision
- Use fabrication shop equipment including Oxy/Fuel torches, plasma equipment, band saws, and hand tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete assigned tasks within established labor standards
