About The Position

Pipe Lining Technician - Trenchless Pipe Rehabilitation. This is a career in a specialized, high-demand trade. At Trenchless Today, we don’t tear up properties to fix underground pipelines. We use advanced trenchless technology and our Liner Technicians are a key part of making that happen. As a Trenchless Pipe Liner Technician, you’ll help install and rehabilitate underground pipelines using Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) technology. This is a skilled technician role where you’ll build advanced, in-demand expertise in trenchless pipe rehabilitation—not just general labor or support work.

Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
Comfortable with physical work (lifting, confined spaces, outdoor conditions)
Ability to follow safety procedures and handle materials responsibly
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Plumbing, construction, or utility experience
Experience with drain cleaning, jetting, or CCTV inspections
Exposure to trenchless or pipe lining (not required—we’ll train you)

Responsibilities

Performing pre- and post-installation inspections using CCTV camera equipment
Preparing and handling resin-saturated liners
Performing liner installation (inversion or pull-in-place methods)
Monitor the curing processes using steam, hot water, Ambient, or UV light
Operating and maintaining specialized equipment (liners, boilers, cameras, generators)
Working as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently, safely, and the right way
