We are looking for a driven Attorney with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our dynamic PIP team. The ideal candidate must be a people person, team player, and business-minded to handle all aspects of PIP claims, including demand, discovery, hearings, trial, and appeal.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large caseload.
• Attend depositions and hearings.
• Preparation of various legal documents including motions, memorandums and discovery.
• Respond to complaints, discovery requests and file motions with the court as needed.
• Handle all aspects of litigation up and through trial of the case and assisting Senior Attorneys in trial.
• Delegate to a team of paralegals and legal assistants.
