About The Position

Solutions SFT is looking for a System Pilot – Setup and Configuration for its client, a large public organization in the healthcare network in Quebec, as part of the provincial deployment of its Project and Portfolio Management Information System (SIGPP), built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations. You will act as the technical, operational, and functional reference for the solution with users, project teams, and stakeholders, for everything related to application parameters, configurations, business rules, repositories, forms, workflows, environments, and operational practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Pilot, acquired within the last 10 years.
• Minimum 5 years in setup and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Power Platform.
• Relevant experience with: Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dataverse, Azure DevOps (or equivalent), Azure and Microsoft cloud services, Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft platform AI functionalities: Copilot and Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, Project Operations AI functionalities.
• Ability to configure, customize, and optimize Copilot agents and AI-assisted workflows.
• Proven experience in data strategy and operations in complex environments involving multiple administrative units or organizations.
• Experience in Agile project management (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD, or SAFe) or hybrid Agile + Waterfall approaches.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and project, program, and portfolio governance mechanisms.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, data governance, and AI ethics.
• Mastery of French and English, spoken and written.
• Certification as a DevOps, Dynamics, and M365 super user.

• AI Certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure AI Fundamentals, Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, Build an Agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI Fundamentals, Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile certification.
• Senior experience in strategic mandates within large-scale organizations.
• Knowledge of the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

• Configure and set up the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations solution, and perform custom development as needed.
• Support teams in the creation, structuring, updating, and quality control of parameters and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with business rules, governance standards, and accountability requirements.
• Analyze technical anomalies (Level 2 support) and handle Level 3 support with Microsoft.
• Manage production releases and deployments between environments via Azure DevOps.
• Document procedures, identify gaps and inconsistencies, and propose improvements to parameters and processes.
• Configure and optimize artificial intelligence and Copilot functionalities in Project Operations (planning, resource estimation, predictive risk analysis, automated report generation).
• Support users in adopting AI tools, respecting responsible AI principles and security and confidentiality requirements.
• Collaborate with functional, technological, development, deployment, infrastructure, security, architecture, and change management teams.
